Hello my fellow crafters!
Another week has passed by and I'm so ready to share another fun crochet project with you all!
Let's go back to the summer mood with this adorable sea creature! Her name is Caroline and she is a very friendly Octopus!
Among all the sea animal I've designed over the past years, she has quickly become one of my favorite! I find her smile and expression so cute.
...not to mention the many little suckers made with the French-Knot embroidery technique..they are so easy and quick to work and give a great texture to the tentacles!

Use the French Knot embroider technique to create the suckers with white yarn - insert the needle with the white yarn connected, wrap the thread around the needle two or three times. Gently pull the thread so that the wrapped thread is tightening against the needle. Insert the needle near the point where needle came out. Hold on to the thread wraps with your left hand and pull the needle to the back.
Sew the big tentacle on the front center part, then sew in this order 1 small, 1 medium, 3 small, 1 medium, 1 small.
